Meditation is power like no other! We all understand that we need to exercise our bodies, but what many people forget is that we also need to exercise our minds too!
Nowadays, it seems as though it has never been more difficult to keep still, quieten our minds and just be in the moment. As our minds controls all aspects of our lives - that makes Meditation pretty important!

Many cultures consider meditation an integral part of life, but what form that meditation takes varies widely. These days, Meditation is much more mainstream. People are wanting to learn to live in the moment, take the time out to spend time exercising their minds, following their breath, and learning to appreciate the power of living in the now rather than constantly worrying about the future.
Research in the field of psychology has confirmed what every meditator has known for centuries: meditation is good for the mind, body & soul. It may not look like you are doing much just sitting there, but you are getting so much more done than you realise.
As stated on my homepage, your happiness doesn’t stem from external factors or material pursuits - the main source of our happiness comes from within. When we practice meditation, our mind learns how to access the wealth of qualities that already exist within us to keep us happy, fulfilled and focussed - we are no longer as affected by, or at the mercy of, the outside world - thereby improving the quality of our lives both at home and at work.
Science is now able to clearly show how meditation physically changes the brain for the better. There are hundreds of published scientific research studies documenting its effectiveness on stress, anxiety, brain function & cardiovascular health.
Meditation develops full-brain functioning. Your prefrontal cortex is activated, alpha waves increase, and neurophysiology changes so you think more clearly and make good decisions. In addition to all that, the amygdala - that part of the brain that produces feelings of anxiety, fear and general stress - actually gets smaller when you meditate, thereby reducing your stress levels - no wonder we feel so great after we meditate!
But meditation won’t change your brain for the better unless you actually sit down and practice!
Classes are held online every two weeks. Together, we will beautifully explore a broad base of meditation methodologies so you can find the method and technique that works best for you. Over the sessions you will be entering a space of great beauty and peace - it is such an amazing journey of discovery! You will get to meet the real you, discover hidden talents and skills, see the world in a whole new brighter light, and so much more.
I have been meditating now for nearly 30 years, and I am so excited for you as I know what lies ahead, and I feel so privileged to be part of your journey.

For every class there will be a small set exercise for you to focus on - but don't panic - it will only take 30 minutes to do, which will help you to make space in your mind and your life to move forward with your goals, and manifest peace, abundance & more prosperity in your life.
I will also be looking to identify and remove self limiting beliefs through the power of Meditation, and develop that all important Success Mindset.
My meditation classes, or even a bespoke Meditation Workshop, are great for Entrepreneurs and Businesses too, as they help you to run your business more efficiently, with less employee burnout, and increased levels of creativity, productivity, job satisfaction, as well as promoting positive working relationships.
On a personal level I have experienced, and seen first hand how it provides an important time/space for deep thinking and meaningful reflection, which is great when you need to get creative or have work problems to solve.
Great ideas and concepts come out of meditating regularly - I know some of the best ideas I have had both for work and family life have come from my morning meditation practice.
